🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is damaged or defective

• The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You’ll be notified once it’s been issued.

🚫 Non-returnable items

• Products purchased on sale or with a discount code

• Items with obvious signs of use

• Skincare or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
